WOOD SIGNS ARE A POPULAR PROJECT TO MAKE
I enjoy making signs and post with different style fences around them. some include a mailbox and others don't.

MAILBOX POST & FENCE
This is made of all treated lumber that was all cut and sanded and assembled with a sign routed with decor edges and a fence added. A nice design for a country home.
|
HARTSCOVE WOODEN SIGN
This was made for a cottage on its own island at the 1000 Islands.
|
OLD ENGLISH STYLE ROUTING OF WOOD SIGN
This is a different style of letters. It was easy enough to do as long as the board didn't move while routing out each letter. This is hanging in Alden, New York at my Aunt & Uncles Place on Main Street.
|
DOUBLE HUNG WOOD SIGN
This double hung wood sign was really a practice piece which was the first sign that I made.
|
LONG NAMES ARE EASY TO DO AS SHORT NAMES ARE
This is a long name and took for ever to route out. Trying to keep the letters on the same angle and same amount of space between letters was very intense.

FIREMAN LAWN ORNIMENT
This lawn orniment was easy to make. The pattern was traced on a piece of hard redwood and then all painted with a 16 penny nail put in the bottom for inserting into the ground.

THIS IS A SIGN FOR A COTTAGE ON THE SEAWAY
